Run & improve your systems
Systems that keep running and improving.
Application and infrastructure support, service desk, incident management and continuous improvement.
Operational risk doesn't go away once a system is built or modernised. Even the most advanced integration and application platforms are exposed to human error, system failures and constant technology updates. Someone has to manage that day to day, and manage it well, or it becomes the thing that quietly erodes trust in the systems your business runs on.
That's the job of a good managed services function. Keeping daily operations on track, maximising uptime and reducing the risk that comes with running complex systems, backed by specialised skills and round-the-clock support.
At Integral, we run this for a number of complex client environments and applications, often ones we've built, integrated or migrated ourselves, so support starts with people who already understand how the system works.
Application, infrastructure and platform support
Day-to-day management of the systems you run, including development and system administration support, troubleshooting and quality assurance, and handling incidents and service requests as they come in.
Continuous improvement
Proactive maintenance, patch management and security reviews across your environments, plus ongoing development and enhancement work through Integral's Continuous Improvement Program, so systems keep getting better over time.
Account management and reportin
A single point of contact, agreed SLAs and SLOs on response, resolution and uptime, and personalised reporting on a rhythm that suits you, so you always know how things are performing.
Looking for data strategy, governance or AI enablement?
Why Integral for Managed Service and Support?
Integral’s Managed Service and Support has been certified to meet the highest global standards for information security management - ISO/IEC 27001. With ISO 27001 certification, our clients can trust that our Managed Service and Support team is handling their data with the strictest security and compliance standards. Additionally, many of the systems we support, we built, integrated or migrated ourselves. When something breaks, the person picking up the ticket already understands how the system is put together, rather than learning it for the first time under pressure.
Every engagement runs on agreed SLAs and SLOs for response, resolution and uptime, with regular account management meetings and personalised reporting so you always know how your systems are performing.
Support goes beyond keeping the lights on. Our Continuous Improvement Program looks at making your systems more efficient, secure and resilient over time.

FAQ's
If you can't find the answer here, just ask...Either. A lot of our managed service clients are running platforms we built, integrated or migrated, but we also take on existing environments and get up to speed through a proper onboarding and assessment process.
Managed service is an ongoing arrangement with prepaid support hours and an annual retainer, built for systems that need continuous attention. Prepaid consulting is lighter touch, no ongoing commitment, and suits environments that just need support on hand when something comes up.
Yes. Our 24x7 package includes round-the-clock support and monitoring with a 99.5% availability service level objective on hosted services, on top of agreed response and resolution SLAs.
Anything larger, generally three or more days of work, gets scoped separately with a rate card or statement of work rather than drawn from your support hours, so you know what you're paying for upfront.
Personalised reporting on a monthly, quarterly or yearly rhythm, plus regular account management meetings covering incident trends, service request volumes and where we're recommending improvements.
Both. Every package includes proactive maintenance like patch management and security reviews, and clients get access to our Continuous Improvement Program to keep making systems more efficient and resilient over time.
